An executive coach’s front row seat to the best business practices
Updated: Sep 27, 2022
Welcome to the Coach’s Corner. I’m Robert Paulson an executive coach with a roster of high-level clients in all sectors of business including finance, medical, entertainment and technology. Having been an executive coach for nearly a decade, I’ve seen many changes on the professional landscape from dealing with new technology to remote working to streamlining out-of-date business practices. Mostly, I help people be better leaders as we together tackle perceived obstacles to be more effective and productive. I am reaching out to people through this newsletter to share my observations and experiences in helping leaders lead.
As I’m getting more active on LinkedIn, I invite you to come on this journey with me. Every two weeks or so I will be posting this newsletter as a front row seat into my experiences dealing with many professional challenges men and women face today. I’ll share realizations that I (or my clients) have come across in this current work world.
Here’s what you can expect from the Coach’s Corner.
Each week there will be a relevant topic including my insights with easy-to-read summaries and highlights in a quick recap along with a tip box. I’ll leave you with reminders for upcoming topics or events. I’ll share what I’m doing, or articles that resonate with solutions to challenges, or concepts and images I have been thinking about regarding business and work-life balance.
As I spend most of my time working with clients, I listen to the subtext of what’s really going on. I learned so much myself from them and have streamlined my practice through that knowledge. At the Coach’s Corner, I will share things I’ve learned from many of those awesome clients with additional insight and awareness, pinpointing opportunities to grow.
So, let me ask you to think about this for next time. What does change feel like to you? Our next Coach’s Corner newsletter will delve into the issue of change.
I encourage you to click the link below and sign up for my private mailing list, which will include special announcements and keep us connected.
If you have any questions, post something here or email me at Info@RobertPaulson.coach and I will address them.
